BAD SERVICE at Nedbank

Good day

I want to report the service I got at Nedbank. I have a 32day notice account where I had to get them before the time because of the urgent matter. I am going through a divorce and was advised by my new lawyer on the 17th of January that the court date would 03February 2017 and he needed to be paid before court appearance. Also because I am married in community of property I stand a chance of losing all this money should the case be finalised. I spoke with the Branch Manager in Bellville East(CT) Yolande Hendricks on 26 January who said i should write a motivation letter as they can only release the funds in case of death and when member is sick other than that you need to write a motivation. i even called my lawyer while at the branch and she spoke with him. No one called,i went on Friday Yolande promised to get back to me. She never did,I went on Saturday met with a gentlemen who did not seem interested in what i had to say,he was also the branch manager who just said without even looking at me "we are aware, you'll have to wait". i went this afternoon met with Yolande the branch manager, she said the same thing she said last week i need to submit motivation with expenses, she will get back to me. This is my money, i even suggested that im willing to even pay penalty if they can grant my request . I stand a chance of losing more than the money Nedbank is keeping from me if I dont get these funds. Please assist. Nedbanks tel no. is ********** 400

Good day

I have been communicating with Merilyn Peters from Nedbank who is Resolution Manager. She requested my id,contact number and my bank details on Monday. The information was provided to her and she promised to resolve the matter ASAP. She did not,I called her yesterday she said she was waiting for authorisation she will get back to me,she never did. I called her again this morning she said the same thing. My kids school fees hasn't been paid,my kids' transport for the month hasn't been paid,my lawyer who is suppose to represent me on Friday hasn't been paid,I dont have food in my house, I dont have money for transportation. My other bills haven't been paid. Its now almost a week since Nedbank has been playing with with. Tomorrow it will be exaclty 1 week, does it take this long for them to decide on my money? I need this matter sorted TODAY.
