Bad service at Nedbank

I am so disappointed and frustrated! Shocking service at Nedbank Fourways. I have waited 7 working days to have money transferred from my bond to my credit card (after being assured it would take 3 working days). I had to do the work (phone, visit, follow- up) to find out why the money had not been released... apparently an error in the reference number. After being assured that it would be done ASAP, I am STILL waiting. The money is out of my bond, but not in my account - where is my money?
