Bad service and unprofessionalism

I have called Nedbank on *** to co-operate so that I make a payment arrangement, however I'm being transfered from one department to the other, some of the calls are being cut short. And the six consultants I have spoken to have the following numbers which happen to be incorrect, ***, ***, ***, ***. I am filing this as proof that I have tried to make contact so I expect no interest inflated as Nedbank doesn't seem serious about getting their payment. This is so unprofessional.
