Bad service and treatment l received at Nedbank Musina. Am l going to fica my account every month

I opened an Account with Nedbank in Musina branch towards end July. On 22nd September 2023 l received a phone call from Nedbank callcenter to FICA MY ACCOUNT. I WENT TO THE NEAREST BRANCH IN LOUIS TRICHARDT .I explain that I received a phone to go to the nearest branch to fica my account . Now September 2023 my account is blocked that l didn't FICA my account. My account is new plus l went to be branch as well. I am not happy about the service and treatment l received.
