Bad service and rude staff

Very bad service I receive from MFC. I took me more than 30 munites holding to be help only to be given this number by one of the consultant ***. Very rude lady answered the phone around 15h18 and she was so rude she even didn't wanna give me her name which is so unprofessional of MFC to hire someone like that.

Only reason I called is to find out why my application was declined.
