BAD SERVICE AND REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS

It's ridiculous that a client must wait more than 7 days for a paid up letter. I did everything in my power to settle a Nedbank loan I have so that I can clear my credit profile. I can't believe Nedbank is making me wait for more than 7 days for the paid up letter. The service sucks
