Bad service and not honest about our money

We as Exclusive Ladies Club have a Nedbank investment account and we did a notice for our money to be released to each members account via eft on the 7th of December and to date this has not been done. The consultant that assisted us, Reggie has not been honest and transparent to us as a society. On Saturday, 12 December 2015, we went back to bank once again since, the 4th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th of December. We have been told lies that we will have our money. It is now the 14th of December and nothing to date. The consultant, Reggie even had the audacity to say to his colleague on the 11th of December that I am glad that I am off tomorrow with the drama that is going to happen. Can we please get our money!!!
