Bad service and no information provided about thier product.

I've been trying to get a renounce letter from Nedbank since my late grandmother drafted a will with them,they not helping me at all.I went to thier Vanderbijlpark Branch on Tuesday they promised to call me but nothing happened,they spoke to a lady at Vaal Mall promising to get back to me and she never did. People must never draft wills with Nedbank they cannot help in terms of The Late Estate I'm stucked and stranded and i cannot afford any legal representative.
