Bad service and no feedback

Staff in siyabuswa branch very unprofessional and no emphaphy for clients, I have send someone to deposit cash in my account and it was deposited in the wrong account. Try to query it but that person was gaven head office contact details. She called and they gave that person assurance that they will put a hold on that account so that the owner cannot use the money. There was no reference number or feedback on the progress of the incident, then I decided to follow up only to find out no case was logged and account holder used the money. I am very disappointed by how staff did not do what was supposed to be done
