Bad Service and No Comminication

I have app**** for a Credit Card and the team member was eager to get all information from me as quick as possible. Two weeks past and did not get any feeback whatsoever

A month passed and still no communication from them. Today 12/07/2021 I have sent an email to the relevant person as we spoke on 21/06/2021 and still waiting for feedback.

I don't have time to do business with people if this is the way to treat clients and try to make a success which I think they are dim witted meaning for this is Mentally Slow Person.

I am also in business and I do treat my clients with respect and respond quickly to all aspects.

Very sad to know that this is the way to be treated
