Bad service and ****mers

Can I please have my R500.00 back one of your consultant called me regarding an investment that I should do in my app she said you will be deducting 250 every month from my account and that money will go to my investment account I asked where so what’s the catch for me she said I will gain interest each time you take that 250 only to find out the interest am getting from you guys is a mere 1 rand something… she said I can cancel this anytime I want too and I can also transfer my money back to my account now am being told there’s a fee that I need to pay in order to get my money back.. I want my 500 back to my account am not owing you a cent I don’t want to pay any fees I just want this investment cancelled and you must transfer my money back
