Bad service and lack of proper feedback

Good day,

We are at a place where we are so tired of the lack of service and help that we getting from Nedbank. My husband have a judgment of old debt with you, and he tried to settle with what he had which was 60% discount of the outstanding debt. Nedbank refused to even help and just said we can't give you this discount not even a 50% discount. Can someone at Nedbank please tell us how we can go about as this is what he have. He have send another request even went to the branch but we are still not getting any luck. If this is not resolved we will have no choice but to go to the banking Ombudsman.
