Bad service and illogical decitions

I have just joined Nedbank, and I was even willing to ev Change my paypoint to Nedbank, but the bad service I recieved today at Qwa-qwa branch made me re-think my decision again... Staff members so rude and illogical, I approached service champion to address the matter, bt she told me that she is in a meeting over the desk.... This is horrible service ever.
