Bad service and empty promises

I was called by a consultant after getting finance from mfc that if my debit order goes through a Nedbank account I will get a Cashback monthly. It's going for 6 months next week and only got paid twice. Then I was offered a product life for my mfc and told if I cancel without claiming I will be refunded all the money I paid for that policy will be refunded. When I cancelled I was told stories. I told them to check the phone records and they took me from pillar to post. Nedbank and Mfc gave me a terrible service. I regret being part of them. Worse for the car I was not asked if I want fixed or linked interest rate. They email both Nedbank and MFC ***
