Bad Service and Communication

Good day

On the 6th of November i did an online application for a credit card Case ID: *** an offer was made and i accepted. Terms and Conditions were accepted and Debit Order Mandate was accepted. I have not had any feedback since the application was made, no further communication. I have tried communicating with agents to follow up and sent e mails, please can someone assist ? Rory Martin (S) has assised also to no avail. System shows my application was approved whilst the offer was generated which i accepted.
