Bad service and BS

Mom app**** the 9th of january for a account account opend tge 12th card requested on 12th card send to distubution on the 13th till today card still at distrobution center according to call centre today the 19th contacted distrobution centre through *** and the told me trey only recieved my moms details but none of the 3 cards that was supposed to have been recieved by them where delivard its now been 9 days and i thinkits very bad to tell a client the card is at distrobution but its not even yet printed and according to them and the branch where we opend the account it takes 3 to 5 bussiness days to recieve the card shame on you nedbank for lying to a client when your employees didnt do their work and using the its at distrobution bull excrement is what i call it multiple escalations was done regarding this but still same BS response feel free to contact me
