bad service again from nedbank

I be got a personal loan with Nedbank of which they debit their installment on the last day of the month. This month they decided to move the debit to the 25 of March debiting the account while salary is not there leaving me with a bank charge. When I call the call center their explanation by an agent who was was not friendly at all was not justifiable. This agent tell me that schools will be closing early as I am a teacher if schools are closing does that's means I will be paid on the 25? This information is wrong coastal schools will be closing their doors for holidays on the 1st of April and my pay date does not change. Its second time Nedbank is giving me bad service I even move my account to ABSA..
