BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a service at Nedbank telephonically. Everything was completed and the contract was sent to me. The Consultant helping me was Angelina Malibeng. I have never received such terrible service. She does not keep me updated on the process. I am never able to get hold of her. Since we started the application a week ago she has been unable to communicate. I'm frustrated because this is not service at all. I'm so disappointed honestly.
