Bad service

Good day

I would like to report a bad service I have received today at New Makert mall.

She didn't want to help me, she referred me to another counter while she had functions to help. When I went to the other counter I was told to go back to her and she took a phone made a call that took about 15 minutes while I was in the front of her desks.

I think Nedbank will lose its clients if they continue to keep employees like this.
