Bad service

Opened an account fir my daughter on the 5th of March in greenacres port Elizabeth and the lady that helped me 1stly took almost 1 hour to opne an account . Asked her to do a stoped order. The lady didnt do anything. I then today transferred the money to my daughter s account but when I want to withdraw the money the money has been frozen coz this lady didnt to anything went to walmer for help the was no joy . I was asked to go back where I've opened the account they will assist. I'm very unhappy with nedbank consultant thinking of changing to another bank
