Bad service

Nedbank Waterfall Mall Rustenburg.

I went in the branch to settle my credit card. My settlement amount was R2044,57. The only options I had to pay the exact amount was through the app (which didn't allow me to make the payment at the time) and inside the branch. I used the branch.

I am now told that I have to pay an additional R110 because I paid in the branch.

Prior to paying I discussed with the stuff member.

I went to the branch again and got to speak with the branch manager, no feedback has been provided
