Bad service

To whom it may concern.

I have spoken to 6 contacts and no one was able to assist me. The connection was bad on their side and needed to do authentication. The process did not happen. All i want to do is notify the bank that i will selling my property. I could not do this. This was frustrating. I thought it was a simple request.
