Bad service

I am so discussed at this bank service App**** for an overdraft ,declined ME saying I don't earn more Than R3500 which is not true the lady that phoned me to confirm employment details was so flippen rude named Pricilla Francis such a attitude with me and didn't even give me chance to explain anything she just hung up the phone I'll never bank with this bank again I received the worst service
