Bad Service

My vehicle was towed to renew It Bedfordview on the 4th of Jan. only received feedback on the 23rd of Jan after Numerous calls that i had to make to my Consultant. My car is still standing there. every time there is something different wrong on my Vehicle and my Assessor has to go out and check. They promised me that i will have my Vehicle back tomorrow 28/02/2020. Hopefully i will be so Lucky to fetch. I would not Recommend Renew-it Bedfordview to *ANY* New Client due to their Poor Service and i feel like taking them to the Ombudsman for i am not satisfied.
