Bad service

I went to Butterworth yesterday the service is appalling. I was there 2 hours just to collect a card. The bank was packed but there was one enquiries lady. We were asked to wait for no reason. The staff does not wear name tags. The branch manager seems like a lady that doesn't know what she's doing. There's no floor walker as a result people would que in wrong places only to be told then that it's done in another department. That branch is messed up and if this is not taken care of people are going to change banks. Their service is pathetic.
