Bad service

My account has been ****med , I reported it and they Said they’ll investigate it and that was the ***** department, they said it’ll take them 14days to come back to me well 14days has passed it more than that now I had to call them back to find out what’s happening they said there’s no case 😡 this shows that they don’t really care about the clients and their money , I’m banking with them they should be taking us seriously it’s clear that they know exactly what happened to my money , there’s no safety at all my personal details is with them but they choose not to help me
