Bad service

Very disappointed with Nedbank, I lost my whole salary because their employee gave me proof of account letter with a wrong account number and I was paid in that account from work and it’s been 2 months since they have been investigating. I even lost my pregnancy because of stress that I had no means of getting through the whole month without money.
