Bad service

The lack of service I am getting from nedbank is frustrating me . I'm getting my salary and deduction come from the ..I am asking for a letter in black and white stating that my account was hacked it's with they forensics... To this day nothing..I've called been to the bank .my creditors want confirmation that's written they doing nothing I'm so mad
