bad service

i am generally happy with Nedbank and have been a client for many many years however, i app**** for a loan, it was approved and the agent was meant to get back to me, the cooling off period lapsed and i could not get hold of this person who was supposed to get back to me, i then had to re apply, i told the person that called me after i lodged a complaint that this will negatively affect my record and that i will not get the same offer, i was told to reapply regardless. this happened and i was offered less. he said he would call me and again no phone call
