Bad service

I app**** for a credit card at Nedbank, their collections department is very bad and bad is an understatement I have had the card for 2 months but it is not working because there is some block on it and I went to the branch 3 times already and called the hub more than 5 times no one is able to assist me or knows what's going on. I am here paying for a card I am not even using.
