bad service

I am really disappointing with the service by Matshidiso Molefe after she had confirmed my debit order changes. She come back to me that it was not done and by then i had charges on my account for debit order and a double debit which i never authorized , she failed to do her Job i am not responsible for the unpaid premium and and bank charges as i had done my part she should have explained that changes will be the following months.
