Bad Service

I am extremely disappointed in the service my husband and I received from Nedbank. We went to the branch and was advised that we need to contact the contact center. the consultant didn't even bother to check anything for us instead just said call the contact center. We than contacted the call center and the consultant told us that his cell phone number needs to be updated at the branch. We than told her that we were at the branch and if the consultant bother to check anything for us we could've done this at the branch.

She than gave us a different number to dial only to find out that they only operate Monday - Friday.

This was such bad service. Everyone knew what we needed and no one could assist by giving us proper advise.
