Bad service

I'm very disappointed with Nedbank's service. I've traveled several times to go complain about one thing and yet still not assisted, the infect consultant says can not assist me to unlock my profile I should go to the branch for assistance after I've been going to the branch for the past 3 weeks and they told me to call *** and that number says I number go the branch for assistance and guys why does your Nedbank consultants refers us to 4 or 5 consultants before one can be assisted?
