Bad service!

Im am beyond ****ed at this point! On 21 June 2024 i went to Nedbank Greenacres branch to close my cheque acc. The lady that was helping me did her thing and said it will be closed the next day 22 June 2024. Now i have debits going off on 25 June leaving my acc in a negative 1200 on an account that shouldve been closed!

Why was it not closed on the 22 June as advised? Please fix this!
