Good Day Yesterday I called Nedbank customer care no ***requesting a settlement quotation, the agent told me that the settlement I will get from the debt review section. He advised me that he is going to transfer me to the debt review department upon holding the lady called Thando picked up the phone and advised that my account was removed from debt review she can not help me based on that, she transfers me back to the customer care and the person who answered told me that Thando is misleading me she is the right person to give me a settlement quotation. I did not get helped I was sent to pill to post.
