bad service

Good day

Opened a bank account Monday 06/06 Today I requested for an account confirmation letter and waited an hour on the line with no account confirmation letter , i confirmed my email a few times which was correct but still no email. I was assisted by Crystal who was not much help and could not even get a manager to assist me.
