Bad service !!!

I was hoping to move my accounts to them, but clearly the service horrible.I was called by a guy called Sello Moilwa, he said he was a team leader sales, but so much for service, Bad service. I have called this guy more than three times and he promised to call and I never heard anything from him. He asked me to email my docs, still no response. Please cancel every application I tried with you, I am no longer interested. Your services are horrible.
