Bad service

My name is Nonhlanhla malinga,I was at Nedbank at eyethu mall this morning to collect my bank card...the service I recieved there was really shocking..the guy (counter2)who was assisting me did not even greet me he just looked at me and said nothing to me I told him im there to collect my card then he still looked at me and said nothing to me...eventually with attitude he asked for my ID told him I dont have and I ddnt know I was supposed to bring it coz I ddnt even get the sms I had to call to find out if my card was delivered gave him a copy of my ID on my phone ...the whole interaction was really shocking as he ddnt seem like he was there to assiting customers...customers service training is needed there ...I walked into the branch with a smile came out really annoyed even felt like even cancelling my account coz im gonna be using that branch alot since its near.
