Bad Service

I went to deposit money at Nedbank ClearWater Mall this evening at about 17:30, I used the ATM Cash Deposit machine. I got a message saying some of the notes were not acceptable. But I never got the money back or the notes that were not accepted. I did not get a slip also. I tried to cancel the transaction but never got the money back. I asked for assistance from a lady who was at the front desk. She told me to come back tomorrow cause she was about to go home then closed the door on my face. I waited by the machine till i saw another guy and I explained my situation. He asked for my account number, then asked me to come back tomorrow and fill in a certain form. The lady in the front desk was very rude and was not willing to assist at all. I am worried that they might say there is no money in the machine when i get there tomorrow. Nedbank ClearWater doesn't care at all about their customers. To them it was like nothing happened when i was assisting for assistance.
