Bad service

Their services is slow and poor. I deposited my rent into the wrong account and now im not even sure if I am going to get my money back as i still need. I contacted their call centre and was given the recalls department email address, i sent them an email regarding my situation and got a rejected email from them. What the hell! Now i must apparently wait 7 days for an answer if im going to get my money back or not.
