Bad Service
Some disturbing attitude has been portrayed by this lady especially if she's in Client Service. I'm not sure if she's been trained properly or she has no interest in what she's doing. Managed at this branch needs t investigate her potential. <br> <br> I'm so upset I cannot believe I've been treated this way in the heart of Illovo. Thank you very much, I'm changing banks...
