Bad Service

Have an investment account with Nedbank, they should be paying out interests on a month to month basis, they did not pay interest for the month of September, I called Noone is assisting them they keep indicating that the investment team is busy with it. I am so disappointed in Nedbank because I have been their client for the past 10years, and now I have to send emails and call on a daily basis without no response and assistance. My Ref case: ***
