Bad Service

Nedbank Sunward Park Boksburg Branch- Poor service, I was assisted by lady who doesn't know what she's doing there regarding my App that was blocked she gave me the information that was irrelevant and didn't check my phone or do anything she just ask my Id and my card started telling me stories, I made few calls to call Nedbank help line until I was assisted by one of the consulted Michelle, Now my app is working. I think proper training will improve the branch
