bad service

i sent an email requesting for my tax certificates from 2016 to 2020, i recieved and email saying must download and app and i can get certificates from the app . I did that but does the same thing it gives me same error was getting from online banking , i sent an email back but no feedback . Can someone please assist urgently '***
