Bad service

Nedbank has seriously gone downhill. So many issues that I’ve experience with this bank. I’ve app**** for a card ,I’ve requested it be sent to a certain branch close to me and to my surprise I get an sms saying that my card has been deliver- to a branch IN A DIFFERENT CITY. Now I’m fuming because not only did I have to call them multiple times to have them fix their own mess but now I have to wait an additional two weeks for them to have the card sent from that branch to the one I requested them to. How does this even happen in the 1st place and why is there now way they can speed up this process! And to top it off , my husband has been given the run around just to collect cards as his is about to expire l. Safe to say I will no longer be making use of this bank. I’d rate it 0 if I could
