Bad service

I honestly regret switching to Nedbank, I have had the worst service for the second time now.

It is very hot and Nedbank Bellville is not even open and no one is explaining what the problem is, after 2 hours of waiting I am told they are waiting for someone to fix electricity, they are only telling us this simply because an old lady had to go and ask.

Same as Parow center, bad bad service, after switching I thought I would be happy, but I honestly regret it, I am so sick, it’s burning outside. Are you trying to tell me for 2 hours, you cannot find someone to resolve the issue or rather tell your clients to just leave instead of making us wonder what the problem is.

Nedbank you need to do better, infact you can do better than this.
