Bad service

I reported at Nedbank that I was ****med so they suspended my account to protect me. After weeks I confirmed that it was now safe to reopen my account because that's where I get my salary. They gave me the go ahead to go to the branch and unsuspend my account. I went to the Brits Mall branch and was assisted by Taetso. She said it would take a few hours for my account to be unsuspended. It's been weeks now and no one is saying anything or assisting me. This bank is full of games!
