Bad service

There is a Teller at Nedbank Ngqeleni Branch who was so rude to me. I went to collect my card as I have recently opened an account. I arrived and stated what I came to do and she started shouting that she won't repeat the same thing. I was not even there when she told people where to queue, I literally just arrived but she gave me an attitude and embarrassed me in front of everyone. What a bad service!
