Bad service

I've received numerous calls last year August and September from Nedbank offering a Savvy Current Account which will give you a R200 cash back/rebate. At first I was hesitant because of the monthly fee but I end up switching over to Nedbank any way for the first two months when I switch over to Nedbank and follow all the steps to ensure that I get my cash back I had to call in and ask why am I not receiving the cash back because I've been using the account and no cash back only after I called I received the cash back. Now I'm sitting with the same problem I'm still waiting for my April 2021 cash back I followed all the steps but no cash back. I called and they couldn't give me an answer as to why it's not been paid but I'm still waiting.
