Bad service

I have a loan with Nedbank and i missed a 1 month payment which I covered the following month.Now the freaking bank keeps sending me sms's threatening to send the sheriff to my place.How b*tchy can these people be.They should just send me a settlement quote so that I can pay them off and get out of this madness
